All round great service Absolute disgraceful customer service, got additional ARLO cameras apparently can’t be linked because I didn’t buy them through Verisure - no where does it tell you this. Trying to disconnect my service had an appointment booked for 2 months so I book annual leave from work to be there and within less than 24 hours of the appointment Verisure cancel on me and text me saying I have to wait another month. DO NOT USE CUSTOMER SERVICE BASICALLY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM Very impressed with the customer service and installation service provided by Matt. Would definitely recommend Verisure, every time! Was installed promptly and efficiently - so far so good - all seems to be working as it should…… Be careful, they turn on the cameras and watch you in the evening or at night, many people have noticed this, it is especially visible in the dark, when two red lights light up in the ARLO camera Camera Disarm mode ON !!!! we'll call the office and say BYE verisure I love my new system, good offer, very competitive price for what you get.
