The frame for this linear actuator kit is composed of Open X-Rail. It has a tiny profile and various mounting options. A 3/8 inch aluminum extension tube is driven by a 6mm 6 start screw. Each turn provides 8mm of motion (0.315"). Clamping parts come in 3/8 inch sizes and may be used to mount something to the piston. Through the extension tube, the lead screw moves the Open X-Rail. By adding gear drive to the kit, you can adjust the speed and thrust of your application.
