Jess is a 20-year veteran of the esthetics industry and has obtained double board certifications as a Master Esthetician in Washington and California. She is also a certified phlebotomist and medical assistant. In the past, Jess was a phlebotomist and medical assistant for some of Seattle's most well-known cosmetic and plastic surgeons. She eventually found her way to Vitality Medispa. Jess was Clinic Manager and Master Esthetician for almost four years before the place was changed to Vitality Queen Anne with its purchase in March 2020. Jess has a passion for the cosmetic industry and ensuring patients look and feel good. Jess was born in Gig Harbor, Washington, and raised there. After graduation Santa Barbara College, she spent ten years at Montecito Spa. Jess returned to Washington after a decade in California, finally settling down in Queen Anne. In her free time, Jess enjoys horseback riding and time with her five-year-old niece, Gia Bella (Vitality Queen Anne, n.d.). Vitality Queen Anne, previously known as Vitality MediSpa, is a modern skin and beauty boutique located in Seattle's upscale neighborhood, Queen Anne. This facility provides premium-grade products and services to the aesthetic beauty market, with the signature being hyaluronic acid. This involves injections of complex sugars under the skin, and the minimally invasive procedure causes the skin to be plumped since it is soft tissue and expands. This non-surgical procedure that targets fats is sometimes referred to as “freeze the fat,” and the use of freezing to eliminate fat cells (Vitality Queen Anne, n.d.). Dermaplaning, also known as “peach fuzz,” is a minimally invasive procedure that exfoliates the skin by eliminating the dirt and vellus hair that is included in it. Involves injecting a solution in wrinkles and lines to freeze them. Some patients use this option as it makes them feel younger by avoiding wrinkle lines. The other popular procedure is laser tattoo removal and it is minimal invasive. It breaks down ink pigments to get rid of the drawings of the tattoo. This process requires multiple sessions for the total removal of the tattoo. Juvederm is an injectable that helps doctor restore lost volume. Made from hyaluronic acids, this drug is made in a lab to mimic natural occurring hyaluronic acids found in almost all living cells (Hooman selebimso, 2022)

Vitality Medi Spa is adored by clients, repeat customers. Amenities and treatments, including the latest anti-aging regimes and skincare products, are considered to be comparable to the greatest. Front desk staff have warmed up to me and accommodated my hectic schedule. Dr. Tiffany and Amanda's treatments are fabulous and transformative, especially Botox, CoolSculpting, and eyebrow design. All patients have expressed feeling pampered and welcome, with a clear showing of messages. The workers agree, with the spa particularly wanting to be patient-centred and focused on keeping you comfortable and part of the experience. The greeting is usually a smile, and it leads to stuff members providing client feelings of inclusivity and pleasure. Health coaching and other more holistic treatments that are new to me have also been rolled out in line with my health company aims. In short, the spa staff are lovely to work with. They provide people with the service and space line the local culture and values it. It is impressive. They all have been beneficial and educational. Everything on this list shows me the competitors have to go through this facility to understand what local customer care truly entails.
