Liam was the very nice young man who showed me the properties and should be nurtured and guided in his career, but later we bought a different property, not the two we viewed were very well presented. All the team were so helpful from the beginning. They were very friendly and communicative. Emily Stickler was allocated to us during the purchase as the Sales Progressor of the house. She was always professional and her knowledge about the different stages are appreciated. She was really nice and we could not recommend her enough! I was impressed by the coordination and effort put into getting to exchange by Emily Stickler. She really does what the (Senior) Sales Progressor title suggests. The moving process is quite stressful, but having someone constantly coordinating makes it easier. I can come back to Miles and Barr due to this. Naomi McDonald was absolutely fantastic today. She showed the property with great professionalism, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the process so smooth and comfortable. Her positivity and great communication really stood out to me, a real credit to her team. We are really hoping to secure this property so we can continue with Miles & Barr. We bought our property off M&B back in 2019 and had a great experience then, More recently we sold directly and despite the fact that they weren't our agent they were incredibly helpful at coordinating with our buyers and the rest of the chain.
