Forward Role

Candidate Feedback: I feel being the candidate of a recruitment consultant today is more like I’m a customer of a salesman who is desperate to sell a service. The recruiters have a bad knowledge of your industry, and they are quick to fill roles, not considering whether it matches your experience. And when I asked questions, they didn't respond. But this is not the case with Ariana Pani. When she reached out to me about the content marketing manager role that fell in line with my skills and experience, she showed the full understanding of what I was. Ariana, with a marketing background, knew what she was talking about. She was friendly, helpful, supportive, motivational, and responded when I needed her. Before my second-stage interview, she shared some tips on giving a presentation, and she also provided feedback. After all that, I didn’t get the role, but I was among the last two candidates.
