There was no courtesy check with the homeowner regarding where water should be drained or whether the sink could be used. From a cleaning perspective, the level of care was disappointing,my sofas were left extremely wet and took a couple of days to fully dry. Considering the price, I feel I could have achieved a better result myself using a spot cleaner. It was a shame, as the reviews had been very positive, but unfortunately I wouldn't use this service again. 3. They arrived on time and started work straight away.
