Robert Moreland, MD, FAAD

Robert Moreland, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist with specialized skills in medical, surgical, and laser treatments. Prior to joining the Alaska Center for Dermatology in 2005, Dr. Moreland served as an active member of the United States Air Force for ten years. He later became the Chief of Dermatology at Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage, Alaska, where he worked for more than three years thereafter. Dr. Moreland was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in Boulder, Colorado. He graduated with high honors from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center and completed his residency at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. Dr. Moreland is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. During his free time, Dr. Moreland enjoys cooking, fishing, and cooking. Dr. Moreland also enjoys spending summer weekends bicycling with his family.
