We are liable for the therapist's service and their time like other massage venues. We will gladly reschedule a massage or cancel it through 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. When a massage is canceled within 60 minutes and 24 hours, we will charge you $60. If a massage is 60 minutes or longer, it will cost $80.
