Despite the excellent service, the staff at Massage Envy in Huntsville, AL, is familiar with the fantastic city. This is our first Massage Envy experience. Our therapist, Indigo, has been exceptional and understanding, but the staff is really unfriendly and unhappy at the Pleasant Prairie Massage Envy. We had a difficult time issuing an unused certificate and wanted to discuss our current session. The manager informed us after a long wait that we could receive credit for it or that it would be called "free" or that they could do so if we wanted. A good therapist and flagship, but the staff at the front desk are unprofessional, starting in the door.
