Dr. Nortaman….After waiting months of finding a Dr since being in Alabama. I thought I had finally found a Dr. So first I understood that New Patients have to be there early but the issue is I had an old address that was on my insurance website. In which I made it there ON TIME. But then I couldn’t find the office so I called the office and verified the address the Manager said that that’s an old address and did I fill out new patient information. I said no because I had not received that option to do it from home. She stated depending on the situation when I get there it may be rescheduled but I told her I will be seen today because it wasn’t my fault that the office didn’t make sure I had the correct information. So I get in the parking lot 5 mins past my appointment. And the same lady talking about I will need to be rescheduled. First off I have high blood pressure and was running low on meds. This situation stressed me bad and do you think they care, hell no they don’t. So I asked to speak to someone other than her and went and sat down. 10 mins later I was called up and was told the same early arrival information and not only that they decided to no longer will accept me and to find somewhere else. Of course I gave them attitude and walk out. You would have thought I was going to get my hair done thee way they refused me. The reminder text did not have an address. And the link she claimed had the address only directed me to appointment confirmed that’s it. This supposed to be healthcare but yet they don’t run it that way. If they don’t like that your standing up for your rights they will refuse you. It’s like you have to beg to be seen. SMH Like at least apologize for inconveniencing me, they were not apologetic at ALL.
Response no I was not rude , and I assume the one was responding was the one I talked to over the phone. You was rude and how I was treated you expected someone to be nice NO. You get treated how you treat people PERIOD And when I called before I even arrived you stated that it was an old address and the the text that was sent for confirmation did not have an address. And let me go further yall lazy when it comes to telling people how much an office fee is, it’s yall job to call the insurance and verify but yall to lazy to do so. Y’all rude and lazy. And from the other reviews on here I’m not the only one that thinks and know the STAFF IS RUDE. What else you have to say cause your showing your true colors by responding without being apologetic for my inconvenience. Funny that the so called STAFF does not get held accountable. Making it like I had an attitude for no reason. WOW
