Customer Feedback Summary: Emily is a lawyer at The Medders Law Firm. The lawyer was very non responsive, I would not get updates or calls back. She quit and left me hanging. She would not complete motions. Now that I realize I must spend more money hiring a new lawyer because she wants to keep my retainer. Anyone else experience this, file a complaint. 2. Emily is the only lawyer that I have ever used, and I will continue to use her as my lawyer. She is very experienced and was always honest with me. She would always ask me what I wanted and would do her best to help me get it. 3. Terrible experience. I have been waiting almost six months for her to file paperwork. She does not respond to emails or phone calls.4.???Emily is by far the best family attorney in the state, she went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us get through a very hard time for our family as we strived to bring our daughter into our home full time. She is an absolute joy to work with. She is always very down to earth in a professional manner and understanding! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to hire an experienced attorney that has a family first mindset. Sadly 5 stars is all google allows cause she’s definitely a 105. Absolutely amazing! Mrs Medders did a fantastic job representing me in my custody case. She went out of her way to ensure all my questions were answered and she was always very personable and professional. My family is forever grateful to her and I could never thank her enough. I would highly recommend Mrs Medders to anyone who is needing a family attorney.
