In 2022 the windows started to leak water. I rang them up and they dispatched a technician to reseal the windows. Over the past year, 2024-2025, I have made numerous phone calls to their office and sent emails, and NO ONE responded. Now I have to pay a professional window company to reseal the windows, and the professional window company said the cause of leaking was due to improper installation. I would like to share my story for those considering purchasing windows through them. CONSUMER BEWARE! 2. Absolutely would use them again. The process was easy, cost-friendly, fast. We trusted the 30+ years experience of their design and engineering team through the decision-making and get the right details. Their installation team was courteous, clean, and talented. 3. I would highly recommend them based on my most recent experience with a remodel of my kitchen and great room. My interactions with Eric, from estimates and planning through completion, were timely, respectful, and thorough. Unexpected challenges that came up were addressed and solved promptly. The team of Max and Taylor did exemplary work, always on time, respectful of my house, trustworthy, did quality work, and cleaned up at the end of every day. I will definitely be hiring them for future projects and look forward to working with them again. 4. Who wants to call around to find the best contractor for remodeling your bathrooms? Happy to help support other local businesses. 5. *Quality staff.* Projects like ours don't get done without people like Omar (project manager) and Oscar. I'm forgetting the tile guy's name :-( But all of these guys are hard workers, friendly and did amazing work for us. We couldn't be happier with our 4 bathrooms they remodeled for us. Was worth the wait!
