The therapy will be beneficial, and that is the only goal. A lot of people think that massage therapy will cure their pain and that the pain during the massage is required to achieve that goal. We are under the false assumption that if you dig, crush, and manipulate our muscles for an hour, we will eventually find relief. At our Elements Massage (tm) Studios, we do not think like this.
