We are a 100% DISPOSABLE studio. What does this mean?
Steel tubes have been recycled at some tattoo shops. Even if an autoclave is used to purify the tubes and the tubes are cleaned very well before being purged, bits of skin have been discovered in steel tubes after they were cleaned and sterilized. The second option is entirely disposable plastic tubes. Each plastic tube is pre-sterilized and wrapped and then thrown away in a bio-hazard container.

On an environmental note, 9 out of 11 state the shop as neat and beautiful. Many of them want to return to the shop in the future. Genesis, Julian, and Brianna did not receive a lot of customers; however, they have killer reviews. The most crucial thing is the safety precautions for COVID-19 that the studio takes. It leaves customers and COVID-19 weary customers happy. The waiting time for an appointment, however, is long, and almost all the customers, at least 8/11, wait for close to a few weeks.

Understood it’s by appointment. The point is you had two paying customers standing outside your establishment who rang the doorbell and nobody in your business had the decency to acknowledge their presence. Hopefully, you can learn from this poor customer service and learn not to patronize feedback.
