At Glendale on January 29, 1974, Sheila, Larry's wife, gave birth to 3-G. From Gila Bend to Prescott, the firm did everything – new houses to patios to remodelling. The first office in their home on the West side, was a company of three. They then moved to a 400-square-foot Scottsdale office at Scottsdale Road and Shea. Thereafter, the office/warehouse in Scottsdale Airpark was 1140 square feet. We later moved to an 11600 sqft building in Scottsdale Airpark. The building was 6000 square feet, and we leased the remainder. But now, we are located at 1820 East Deer Valley Road in NE Phoenix. Pueblo Lumber Company, our material supplier company, is also located at this location.

3G Construction has fantastic online reviews, with employees commenting about the positive working environment that is family-friendly. Their Customer Service Department is great, especially the VP called Ruben who is responsive to customers and willing to take charge of their work. The craftsmanship and the professionalism of the company's employees were praised. One customer reviewed Ruben's prompt response and was delighted with the efforts put into ensuring their satisfaction with their work. But, while the imagery brings out the new, the company is still challenging, and it requires a lot from the employees. This employer's advertising is to work for them to have a bright future and work, showing the challenges the employees face, but encouraging potential workers to join them. Other family members have been employed by 3G for many years and are proud of the company, confirming that they have a good reputation as an employer. This place is good and requires them to have many family members and family relationships, which makes them a good employer for other people to adopt as a working place. This company is recommended for hardworking people because there is money to earn. It is hard that they can work outside but they can get the money they are looking for.
