Customer Testimonial Summary
Brite Home: Chet Breese and his team were amazing throughout our project. From electricians to drywall to painters, everything went well. Everyone was professional and our project manager, Chet, was competent and efficient. We would highly recommend Brite Home to all our family and friends!
Brite Home Restoration completed the construction of our home as a final step after a flood. We had to rely on the Bright Home Team exclusively since we are from out of state and have home insurance. We had a VERY rough start with no contact at all, and with multiple follow up promises that were never met. This resulted in forcing me to approach the owner to get responses from his team because we had already signed the agreement and paid a lot of money in advance. After several calls and texts to the owner and the team members and finally a group text with the owner, the Project Manager and the Supervisor, things started moving and we felt they were prioritizing the property. They really worked hard at the end to manage all the issues and frustrations we had early on, and because of that, I rated them with 4 stars and not a lower number. Their final work really looked good too. However, I would recommend their company in case other clients require their services but definitely with a warning that such projects are time-consuming and that you need to do more to ensure they are delivering the promises they made (especially when the owner is not near). Also, it would be good if customers were informed that losses due to not using the property or lost rents will not be compensated by insurance, and hence there is not need to start such an expensive project if your business insurance does cover such losses. (4 stars)
Brite Home Restoration recently completed the project to repair the house that was flooded. We as the house owners stayed in another state and this house was a rental property. The project was completely dependent on the Bright Home Team and the...

We didn’t understand how water/revival service function and Bright was introduced to us as the next move/remodel. They would come and measure everything, then vanish and present us with proposals once we couldn’t get in touch. Then they would introduce us to a new manager who would again begin the same cycle whereby the company was asking for more money from the insurance only to discover they were not covered, an example was the time they were to remove the medicine cabinet to paint. We preferred to confirm all details and refund requests after 3 project managers were changed and no clear reference to plans, the final guy disclosed the details that he had 30 projects transferred to him. He did not even like it when informed to cancel the work scheduled. No wonder the workers keep leaving if a company has integrity issues. Rumor has it that there are some referral schemes going around; I do not know if this is true but if you are in need of restoration and you are reading reviews, please avoid Bright Homes, and Radar restoration will be your savior. They finished the whole project in the 10 days anticipated and within the proposed budget and everything is great. No more leaks for us and our pleasure is to have a conducive state to stay.

Bright Hime was great! Friendly, responsive, and helpful. The work was done so well and pleased my perfectionist eye! They cared about the details and product. Andrew was helpful and communicative through the whole process and made the process easy. It was an excellent experience - despite going through construction!
Bright Home Construction was tasked to renovate a house that was flooded. We are homeowners living in another state and the flooded house was for renting. We had to rely on the Bright Home Team to manage the whole process and update us at every stage of the project. The beginning was so horrible as there was no communication from the team for a couple of months after signing the renovation contract with them. I had to contact the company’s owner to get a response from the team. My intervention worked but it seemed that the company was not prioritizing our project. It took the team several calls and follow-ups to start moving. After writing a long email to the owner and team and meeting with the owner and manager at our project site, things started to improve. The owner tried his best to assure us that everything would be fine, and as a client, I felt that the team had started prioritizing our project. At the end of the project, the team really worked hard to make sure that everything was done well and the final work was good. However, we realized that insurance does not cover the losses of not using the property or the lost rents. This was not communicated earlier and hence all the costs were in vain since our business insurance could not cover such losses. Generally, as a client, I would recommend the company, but clients have to take extra steps to ensure that the company prioritizes their property and the insurance covers more of the costs (4 stars).
