I brought my Sophie Lynn (toy Yorkie) in for a trim, months ago. I pointed out minimal matting under her armpits and asked that they take off as little hair as possible. When I picked her up, I was horrified. I couldn’t say anything at the time, I just wanted to cry. I will never use Dog Town Pet Resort and Spa again. I didn’t post a review at the time because I knew I’d never be back. But today when I was looking for a good groomer I wanted to see what others had to say about this place. Reading through the one (1) star reviews, I was astonished by the responses from the owner. It would behoove you to leave your comments off the review page and practice some professional decorum. I can’t imagine what you contribute has helped in any way. If you truly cared to right the wrongs, you would reach out to the unhappy customer on a personal level. PLEASE do not practice that with me.
