Kevin’s journey started after a 1986 graduation from RSI, where he was promoted to an HVAC repair expert. Jessica's dad started Four Seasons Refrigeration and Heating in 1982, and she learned how to control the business as she grew up. Through time, Jessica became a senior dispatcher at a major local firm, and Kevin became the lead technician. Kevin was appointed service manager as Jessica rose to the position of office manager.
