The first store Ganem owned covered 2,000 square feet and had many high-quality timepieces and jewelry. A second jewelry store was opened in Ahwatukee in November 1998, which covered 8,000 square feet and included a repair and design center. Ganem was more focused on other projects in 2004, and the jewelry business was given to his sons Jason and Curtis Curtis, who are both Gemological Institute of America graduates. They were elected co-presidents. As our company grows, Ganem has seen an increase in demand for its signature customer service from customers outside of the East Valley. Our north Scottsdale and northeast Phoenix communities have been served since we opened in September 2008 with a store of about 4,000 square feet. Ganem Jewelers is one of Arizona's most reputable jewelry stores. We offer custom diamond and gemstone pieces, timepieces, and other luxury brands such as Breitling, Tag Heuer, and Michele.

I was helped right away and even got a full tour of the shop. all-metal was easy to work with and promised my jewelry back to me in less than 24 hours. They called me to let me know everything was ready for pick up just a few hours later. Based on the reviews of several customers, the etiquette of the staff appeared to be their highlight. An inscription had originally been placed on the inside band of the ring. When the ring was resized, the engraving was made on the outside of the ring, and it was even done to make it perfect. When my ring was ready, they were very comfortable, and it looked perfect. Their displays have all the gemstones you can think of — making their accessories unisex. This made the entire store selection even significant. One of the two major things that clients seem to review was cleaning services available. The best service I have ever received from a jewelry store! Ting cleaned my ring to perfection, and it hadn't been professionally cleaned since I got it. Her attention to detail truly reflects her work, and she made it look brand new. I was unbelievably satisfied with Ganem's services and would probably be returning soon. The main criticism that clients seem to have was that the store is incredibly busy during weekends and also creates a parking lot to be full of cars. However, the 5-star services seem to outweigh the limitations significantly.
