The staff at GoldenWest Management were quick and easy to talk to, and they were very helpful. Last fall, the water heater in our house exploded on Sunday. GoldenWest had a plumbing company and a restoration team at our house in less than 2 hours. They fixed the leaking water heater and cleaned up the mess, allowing the tenant to move home without any problems. I was continuously updated, they were difficult workers, and the repair was completed quickly. I stay 1000 miles from the repair spot, and I do not take kindly to doing this on a weekend. Thank you to the team at GoldenWest Management for all they did, it was a huge help. The situation was made more manageable due to their understanding of Tenant-Landlord matters.
