Do NOT EVEN CARE TO LOOK OR CONSIDER...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER CARE...I could actually want to give it a minus 100 but 1* is all that allows me to do . I called last Sep inquiring for cost of laser hair removal, for my daughter who is a college student in Phoenix. I was quoted an amazing price so I told my daughter to call and make appointment. When she called and asked to make the appointment for the amount that was given to me they told her impossible because a full leg service alone was 700dollars. I called back this time I spoke with someone else that indicated to me that $329 is the charge for one time full body hair removal. I asked my daughter to call right away and make an appointment. She called and spoke with Destiny...this lady knowing that was speaking with a young person said to my daughter that to make the appointment she has to pay in advance for the treatment..... so I called again spoke with DESTINY I asked about paying in advance..never any place asked for that...she said the appointment it is long ...45 min and if the client doesn't show then is a waste of time. I said I understood but don't understand paying in advance ...so she said "let me talk to my manager" TODAY I LEARNED SHE IS THE MANAGER...THAT SHOWS HOW FAKE SHE IS. She came back to the phone to tell me it was OK to book the appointment for Thursday 26th at 11.15am ( I called Thursday 19th...so an entire week in advance) today Thursday 26th my daughter showed at this business at 11.10am to be told HEY ARE OVERBOOKED AND THEY CANT TAKE HER IN.... NOW MISS DESTINY...LET ME ASK YOU ABOUT MY DAUGHTER'S TIME...HOW VALUABLE DO YOU THINK IT IS? OR BETTER YET...LET ME ASK YOU ABOUT DOING THINGS WRONG...WHO SHOULD WE TRUST HERE TO DO THE RIGHT THINK, A YOUNG LADY OR THE MANAGER OF A BUSINESS ?...YOU WANTED TO PRECHARGE A YOUNG GIRL BECAUSE YOU DIDNT TRUST THAT SHE WILL SHOW UP FOR HER APPOINTMENT...WHAT ABOUT YOU DOING YOUR JOB AND KEEPING YOUR WORD?...WHAT ABOUT YOU CALLING IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM HER APPOINTMENT?...YOU NEVER DID THAT...THAT IS YOUR JOB.... WHAT ABOUT YOU CALLING IN ADVANCE TO LET HER KNOW THE DAY WAS OVERBOOKED???....ALSO YOUR JOB WHEN YOU ARE NOT A PERSON OF YOUR WORD...WHAT ABOUT YOU SIMPLY DOING YOUR JOB AND BEING PROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT???..SORRY PROBABLY YOU DONT KNOW THE MEANING OF THAT...But you can ask my daughter she will explain it to you. I WILL AWAIT YOUR PHONE CALL AND EXPLANATION.I BET IS A GOOD ONE... YOUR APOLOGY to my daughter IS ALREADY LONG TIME OVERDUE ....I WILL ALSO MAKE SURE I POST THIS COMMENT EVERYWHERE POSSIBLE SO EVERYONE KNOWS THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU ARE AND BUSINESS YOU RUN!!!!
