Spalding Education’s Training and Certification in a Virtual World now has added online resources to its 2-week on-site Reading Foundation Course. The training for teachers is being improved by the addition of online resources. The package includes a 1-year membership to Spalding Resource Center. Spalding Education will still offer a few hybrid Reading Foundations Courses. The new Hybrid Training Course will offer full online training and 5 days of on-site instruction, instead of the 2-week traditional course. Spalding Resource Center has added many new resources. It includes an updated and organized library with 100's of videos, grade-specific transition guides, lesson plans, materials, and other resources. Teachers can access the resource center 24/7 through the Spalding Resource Center, an organized, secure online learning environment. The new material, training videos, and objective-aligned activities were all developed with the teacher in mind.
