I bought a 2016 Shelby gt350 back in August of 2024. Don’t buy from here ever. After I bought it I had to bring it back the following week so they fix my air back and couple other light sensors and detail and check over the car. They ended up having the car for a month kept saying everything was on back order. After the month I got it back two weeks later ac compressor breaks give it to them again another month and saying everything was on back order. I get it back than go to Vegas with the wife driving back on Christmas and my ac compressor breaks again 30 miles outside of wikenburg. Tow it there they start fixing stuff under the warranty until they removed the compressor and noticed that someone welded on my block and now the warranty won’t cover it and the ford dealership said I need a new engine. Don’t buy from here they don’t fix or take care of their cars.
I am writing this review to strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Cars Land, 7332 E. Earll Drive, Scottsdale, AZ, 85251, to proceed with extreme caution—or better yet, avoid this place entirely. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by unethical practices, misrepresentation, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.
From the very start, I was misled about the condition of the car I purchased. The sales representative assured me that the vehicle was in “excellent condition,” with no issues to worry about. However, upon receiving the car, it became immediately apparent that this was far from the truth. The car had several mechanical problems that were not disclosed to me beforehand, including issues with the brakes, engine, and transmission. When I brought these issues to the attention of the dealership, they brushed me off, making excuses and refusing to take responsibility.
To make matters worse, the dealership engaged in shady tactics to cover up these problems. They provided a fraudulent “vehicle inspection report” that was clearly fabricated, listing nonexistent repairs and falsely claiming the car had passed a thorough inspection. When I asked for proof of the work done, they were unable to provide any legitimate documentation. This kind of dishonesty is not only unethical, it’s outright deceptive.
The car’s tires were completely shot and needed replacing. I am wondering if they took off the good tires in the pictures and replaced them with worn tires before they shipped me the car. There were multiple warning lights on the dash of the car that needed to be reset at the dealership including tire pressure warning lights and engine failure lights. There was a loud rattle coming from the underside of car when I drove it at slow speeds around my neighborhood. This could be from brakes, tires, rims and any number of issues in that area of the car. Additionally, there were a number of cosmetic issues with the car that they failed to disclose before the purchase. I think that they purposefully left photos out of the listing to mislead potential customers into thinking that the car was in better condition than it appeared. Who knows what is actually happening with the engine and internal parts of the car since it was obviously not cared for in any manner.
Additionally, the customer service throughout this ordeal was abysmal. Every time I attempted to contact the dealership to address my concerns, I was met with indifference, rude responses, and promises of follow-up that were never fulfilled. It became evident that the dealership was only interested in making a quick sale, with no care or concern for the long-term well-being of their customers.
Buyer beware, the dealership has zero regard for selling you a car that works do not trust a word that they say. They are buying cars for 15% below market value from auction, probably cars they have no history about and selling them to unsuspecting customers without any regard for their satisfaction or safety.
I can’t rave enough about this place. We found a challenger here for my son. We are 9 hours away from the dealership and they were very helpful and honest! They went above and beyond to get us taken care of! Darius and the owner were amazing! Will always keep them in mind when looking for a new ride. Thanks guys!
I bought a 2009 Maserati GranTurismo S from Cars Land a few months ago. Elio Geagea is the owner. He made a number of inaccurate claims and promises to me about my car which were not accurate I sent him an email about these many issues and he never responded to my email, part of which is listed below. I would never buy another car from this dealership or recommend that anyone else does business with them either.
I am quite disappointed in how my car was delivered.
1. The paint job on the hood does not match the color of the car. There is also dust and bubbles in the new paint which tells me that this could not have been done at the Ferrari paint shop on McDowell as I was told by you as a paint shop that represents Ferrari would not never deliver a car with a difference in color or the dust and bubbles in the paint.
2. The car was really dirty when I received it, which I presume is why it was delivered to me in the rain and not inside the building.
3. The top of the dash and other leather appears to have been painted with a sticky substance to make it look shinny but dust sticks to this finish and is very difficult to remove. Obviously hiding something.
4. The car had obviously never been polished or detailed in any fashion before delivery, as I was told it would be.
5. There were a large numbers of paint imperfections where the car had either been repainted or clear coated, again to hide imperfections
6. I was under the impression that the car had never been in an accident as you advertised and you told me. The more I looked at the car, the more obvious it is that it has had quite a bit of bodywork and repainting done to the car.
I had put a lot of trust in you and your company, but now I am extremely disappointed to say the least.
Your company portrays to sells very beautiful, high-end cars, but in reality, at least with my car, you hide imperfections instead of doing the right thing and telling the customer or fixing the imperfections to an acceptable quality. This is not the way you should treat any customer who is placing their faith in your company as well as you personally. Customers that buy these types of cars are trusting that we are buying a vehicle that will be in excellent condition and if it is not, we should be informed of this.
I have never seen a dealership misrepresent themselves like this before, and I have bought quite a number of high end cars during my life.
I wish I had known better. This used car dealership is the reason why people despise used car salesmen. They knowingly sold me a 2021 Bronco with engine problems and then lied to me about it. They assured me the vehicle had a full transmission and engine inspection when it did not. I bought the vehicle in August and am now being told I have to pay $6K to fix the engine 4 months after I purchased the vehicle. The repair shop mechanics told me there is absolutely no way the sales guy did an engine check because they would have caught it. I called to complain about the issue and the owner of the dealership was the epitome of sleazeball and told me "I took this car in to Belford as I do all my cars before I sell them." So I asked him for the paperwork to show me that the engine was looked at and he gave me the number to Belford to call and ask them so I did. Lo and behold, the repair shop guy told me the prior owner of the vehicle took the car in for driving sluggishly so they checked the transmission ONLY and never checked the engine. CarsLand never took the Bronco in even though he assured me they did. I called the owner back and this man had the audacity to say "who are you going to believe? Him or me?" Obviously I believe the mechanic over the sales guy. Long story short, they screwed me over and then lied about it and offered no help. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.
