My holistic and alternative body therapies can help you bounce back from injuries and traumas to the body due to the body’s physical, mental, or energy levels. My holistic goal is to reconnect clients with their body, help them understand what they’re doing to themselves and other people and release the tension they’ve been carrying with them. As the individual becomes whole, the healing process begins.
Having assessed your body, I diversify body modalities to alleviate pain, stress, anxiety and improve quality of life. During the massage, I usually provide thermo therapy cryotherapy or topical pain relief to ease the pain.
