Cantor’s Driving School - Serving The Entire Valley In 1976, Allan Cantor founded the first Cantor's driving school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Allan, a father of four, stood out as a history teacher and discipline officer at Overbrook High School. For some time, he moonlighted as a driving instructor over the weekend. He almost taught teenagers in the area how to drive. The greatest driving instructor of all-time is Allan. His affable and relatable nature made him popular. It is said that he would stop by a local eatery during classes and enjoy Philadelphia cheesesteak. His learners loved it. Cantor’s Driving School was established in the 1970s; a period when life was completely different. Cantor’s Driving School expanded to the neighboring Philly suburbs after a while. Frank, his son, joined the business as he grew up. Frank, after learning from his dad, managed to expand Cantor’s Driving School to five states; including Pennsylvania, Florida Nevada, Arizona, California (Cantor’s Driving School, 2021). Frank Cantor and his wife Cheri own and run Cantor’s Driving School. They maintain their family tradition of running a business. The Cantor's are passionate about teaching their students the three pillars to safe driving -respect for the road, respect for other drivers, and awareness of things outside the vehicle.

In summarizing, the reviews indicate students had a positive experience with their instructor, engagingly and stimulatingly learning to drive. The instructor was helpful and patient, addressing all concerns to instill as much confidence as possible - most notably, Saran P and Chris Douglas. Both left students fully prepared and more relaxed about driving and earning their driver's licenses. The most significant reviews were the rapport with the instructor since this made the experience more enjoyable and easier for the student, regardless of fears, age, or little driving experience. The content was useful for many, with techniques that instilled skill and courage in drivers. After taking lessons from Cantors Driving School, students felt prepared when they had to take their driving tests and, most importantly, confident as drivers moving forward. Most of the reviews mentioned growing a strong connection with the instructor, which eases the student's anxiety while driving. This confidence cultivated after the driving lessons is the driving force behind most lesson reviews, with students assured about passing the test, fear disappearing, and ultimately, a perfect environment provided by the instructors.
