The owner Dan is a scammers and laughs at the misfortune of others. He basically has a monopoly in Tucson for working on Tesla and the lot is filled with them unfixed. After months of waiting for an email back, I brought my Tesla model S in to get an in person estimate to replace the bumper and recalibrate the cameras. After an hour of back and forth about why I want to fix the damage and how I’m going to pay (cash) I spoke with Dan. I said “ Hi how are you” he answered with “ I’m doing better than you” and I said “ wow that’s a strange way to start a conversation”
I used to work customer service but that is still the most ignorant thing anyone’s ever said to me. I never got the estimate as they refused to work with me because “it’ll take an hour to type up and it’s too much paper work”.
That was a bummer but its probably best I don’t continue to beg them to take my $20k. I won’t ever use their services due to Dan & Oscars strange, disrespectful and disgruntled attitude.
