ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Eric Grossman has owned Eric's Auto Center CARSTAR since 1977. Eric Grossman was born and raised in Tucson and attended the University of Arizona. Eric is a three-time Boston Marathon finisher and has been coaching high school cross-country teams for 17 years. He has served as the head coach for the past nine. His love of running has led him to this work. Eric supports local charities like the Breast Cancer Three Day and Strength Building Partners. He is also a fan of the High School Athletic Programs, as well as local PBA. CARSTAR provides many services, including unibody repair, frame repairs, color matching, and towing. It also offers vehicle pickup and delivery at select service centers. Wherever you go, CARSTAR will fix your car. For qualifying repairs, CARSTAR offers a CARSTAR Nationwide Limited Warranty*. You are covered if you move to another city or if you visit. We will find an alternate location that will honor your warranty if there is no CARSTAR near you. We are always here for you if you need auto body repairs. If you have any questions, you can call 1-800-CARSTAR to speak with our representatives. Our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can connect you with your insurance company, arrange for your car to be towed to a repair shop, and even call a friend or family member. Everything will be taken care of by the CARSTAR.

In general, the company is designed to make every customer feel good about it. Communication, even when the process takes longer due to the ways of the work, is clear and welcoming, and I would say that the service costs are competitive. This is what I would love about it because running into dents and scratch would require me to stay for weeks to consider about Eric's.
