Founded in 1981, the firm has over 35 years of experience in creating synergistic environments where buildings work together with their users to create conditions for new growth and the evolution of both. Richard Fe Tom is the founder, and his daughter Kegan Tom, AIA, & LEED AP proficiently serves as a partner. Our interdisciplinary and holistic solutions, called Healing Spaces, Empowering Places, balance all variables. The Architecture Company is also proud to keep up with the latest advancements in technology. It is an innovative tool that benefits the firm's efforts to improve the world by designing for the purposes that address global economic, social, and environmental issues. We must protect our past and promote our future by providing architects and designers with a set of tools to engage in Vitality and Cultural Identity. Our role as architects and designers is to respect the Living Conditions of the People while addressing real-life problems such as the environment and comfort and community.
