WSM Architects, A Division of Shive-Hattery, provides architectural design, master planning, and consulting services. Our goal is to create innovative solutions. WSM Architects, Inc. has been serving Tucson, Phoenix, Milwaukee, and the surrounding areas since 1982. We have a long history of working across diverse project types. WSM Architects uses a Project Management Plan to manage projects. The PM Plan includes all the tasks required to meet the construction document’s requirements. The PM Plan is effective from the start meeting through the end of the warranty period. The PM Plan helps us plan for problems and avoid delays. Regular updates help WSM meet clients' goals and stay on track. WSM employs a Project Manager, who is an engineer and an architect. We also have certified Building Plans reviewers who assess code and technology and ensure project quality.
