The PM Plan is effective from the start meeting through the end of the warranty period. The PM Plan helps us plan for problems and avoid delays. Regular updates help WSM meet clients' goals and stay on track. WSM employs a Project Manager, who is an engineer and an architect. We also have certified Building Plans reviewers who assess code and technology and ensure project quality.
