These people are scammers I already shut their web page down and shut them down on Google maps these people are nothing but trash.
APN TECH IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS THEY CHARGE LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND THEN DO NOT EVEN TRY TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE PAID THEM FOR. WHEN YOU COMPLAIN THEY JUST TRY TO TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE DOING IT WHEN THE EVIDENCE CLEARLY SHOWS THEY ARE NOT DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE GUYS THERE ARE A LOT OF REPUTABLE COMPANIES OFFERING THE SAME SERVICE FOR LESS THAT WILL ACTUALLY DO WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR.
I received several calls from a nice guy explaining that when customers voice text a request my company was not coming up. He also stated that they were going to clean up our listing across 80 websites. I agreed to their 1 time fee of 448.00 and that was it. I got my statement and they charged me 488 plus 1496 plus a monthly fee of 199 a month. No work has been done as well look out these people are scammers every time I call I GET HUNG UP ON I finally got a account support person named Decari that said he is going ti listen to the phone calls and get back to me. We shall see if i get any resolution but I did not agree to all these charges!
Horror story after horror story after horror story. This is a consumer alert to all those having anything to do with Apn. Go to the Better Business Bureau in Anaheim California and add your complaints to the on growing list of complaints and scams. This company is not a good company nor is it reputable. Once you find out they are shady and you try to cancel all they do is ignore your calls. Or won’t answer them at all. So now I’m going to go and list my problem with the Better Business Bureau as well. I have informed consumer affairs. I have also informed the proper authorities on the practices of this particular business. This is a warning to all of you. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT give these people any of your information, credit card numbers or money, they are here to just fuck you over. Call your C/C company and dispute the charges. They will refund the account and open an investigation into the corporation. The more investigations started the better we as consumers can open a class action law suit against the corporation and freeze all there assets until resolved. It starts with us the consumer. Join me in taking these clowns out of business. Google Apn, and at the top left-hand corner you will see a complaint tab. Click on it and read for yourselves. Add your complaint while you are on the BBB SITE. The Better Business Bureau tells the real story about this company. Not there Google Reviews. By the way, I paid $600 for everything you paid thousands and thousands for. They got me for the 199 a month but freezing my account took care of that scam.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! They are awful! Unprofessional. They railroad the conversation and have NO INTEREST in the client. Its about getting the sale at any cost.
I have a small business that relocated from Houston, TX back home to the Pittsburgh, PA area. Now, to change my address on my website and those where I am listed and get Google in order…no small task. I received a call from a nice, young man at apnTech shortly after moving back in August 2022. I explained my situation and (although I wouldn’t deem them as a pure SEO company) they seemed to provide what I needed to get from Page ? to Page 1 on a Google search. So, I agreed. Shortly after, I began receiving emails from ‘apn’ to open an online dashboard and I could quickly see that was not what I needed. I had a few ‘virtual’ calls with a couple of folks at ‘apn’ and now my suspicions were confirmed…this is NOT what was sold to me. I made numerous telephone calls that never got past their screening service; however, I did leave messages. I also sent about six emails to the only email address that I had for apn to immediately cancel the service as it was not what was sold to me and not what I needed. No replies to those either. Today, June 28, 2023, I called the billing phone number that was on our credit card. My mistake. I thought that all those phone calls and emails to cancel their service was enough and since they never emailed a receipt (and my wife takes care of the credit cards) I was surprised that they were still charging me $348 per month! Yep…I’ve paid them $3,480 since I canceled their service by telephone and by email. Talking to a nice young lady at apn at ~1PM today, she said that they had sent emails and called my mobile phone numerous times and I never replied. I had her send two emails to my business email that they had on file and neither made it to me. Because I have a small business, I answer all calls personally and never received a call or voice message. Be very careful with apnTech. You don’t want to throw $3,480 away like I did and have them tell you that they have a “customer service” department. Of course, no refund is coming my way. Oh, well.
Absolutely, horrible company. They’re liars and thieves. Their sales pitch is great, but they do not deliver ! Do not waste your money or your time. Like most of these companies, they called, called me, sold me on a product and didn’t deliver. Despite a money back guarantee, they refuse to give me a refund. They have done absolutely nothing to improve my search results when potential customers use voice search to find businesses like mine. Avoid them at all costs!
ApnTech Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the Voice Search product I recently purchased from ApnTech. As a customer who placed trust in your company and its advertised service, I regret to inform you that the product is not functioning as promised. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund in accordance with your company's refund policy. When I initially purchased the Voice Search service, I had high expectations for its performance and efficiency. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite following all the provided instructions and troubleshooting steps, the service consistently fails to deliver accurate results or fulfill its basic functionality. Specifically, the issues I encountered include: Inaccurate Search Results: The Voice Search service consistently provides inaccurate and irrelevant search results. Even when I enunciate clearly and provide concise queries, the system fails to comprehend the context or retrieve appropriate information. This severely undermines the purpose of utilizing a voice-activated search tool. Such unreliability hinders productivity and diminishes the overall user experience. These persistent issues have caused significant frustration, wasted time, and a loss of confidence in the product and your company. As a result, I kindly request a full refund of the purchase price, as stated in your company's refund policy. I believe it is only fair to receive a reimbursement for a product that fails to deliver on its promised functionality. I kindly ask you to review this matter promptly and process the refund in a timely manner. I expect the refund to be issued to the original payment method within 7 from the date of this request.
This company cold called me late last year and signed me onto services they promised were above board and did not provide me any services as far as I have found and researched, besides answering my call on occasion and telling me to keep hanging onto the service they were providing, that it will get better. 6 months plus of promises were given and still no results. I asked for a refund and they told me services were rendered when they were not. They just kept takimg my money monthly. I just called them and they are supposed to refund only o e out of the 6 months and told me services I paid for, that would be lifetime services, they are backing out of their word. I feel robbed and scammed of a couple thousand dollars over the last 6 months. They call themselves reputable but they are certainly not. I will be disputing this with my credit card company.
This company ripped me off 900.00 bucks. Not only did they lie about being able to get me on siri voice search they knew siri doesn't accept businesses without a store front. This place is nothing more then a bunch a liars and thieves
This company is a scam! They debited my account $199.00 with my authorization! They did not provide the service and they will not return my calls or emails. SCAM!!!
Horrible company. They promise to get you on Siri and increase your business. Never happened. Then they say you have to speak to an account manager and all you can get is their answering service. They have no problem taking your money and not wanting to stop.
I gave them just one star because I have been with them for quite awhile (more than a year) with zero success. At this point, I feel, it is a waste of money. As a business owner there are much better places to put your money, that will actually grow your business.
Horrible, disrespectful, pushy scammers. The called trying to seel this scam. It seemed legit at the time, so we asked them to call us Thursday so we could discuss with our business partners. They refused to get off the phone, offered discounts, etc... We said it doesn't matter we will not purchase today. Call us on Thursday. Now after reading about all of the people that were scammed, I see why they were refusing to hang up. We ended up hanging up on them telling them they were too desperate and it started to seem like a scam. They clalled right back, (the manager) arguing and yelling with us. We told them at this point we no longer wanted their services and not to contact us again. They still argued and would not hang up. So we hung up on them again in which they called right back AGAIN!!! We had to literally swear at them to get them to stop harassing us to purchase this scam. They should be ashamed. I'm glad they did not honor our request to call us back Thursday bc we would have wasted money. I feel sorry for all of the business they scammed in which I'm sure many haven't reported them.
