Dan Roth is an aggressive and seasoned advocate who presents cases in California courts, to university administrations, and school authorities. He was an associate at Arguedas, Cassman & Headley (now Arguedas, Cassman, Headley & Goldman). He worked as a former Assistant Attorney General for his native state of Ohio. His criminal defense experience broadens as he represented Ohioans in numerous cases. His duties included election law and public records. In Washington, D.C., Dan started his career as a Judicial Selection fellow at the Alliance for Justice. He also worked as a counsel with the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility & Ethics in Washington. Dan is on the Golden Gate Audubon Society Board and chairs its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. He chairs the American Constitution Society Bay Area Lawyer Chapter Board. He was a founder of Blackout for Human Rights - an artist collective and activist group that produces MLK Now at Harlem Riverside Church.
