You may consider getting BOTOX Cosmetic Injections if you notice wrinkles or lines on your forehead, around your eyes and other areas as you get older. These skin problems, also known as dynamic wrinkles and lines, are caused by repeated facial expressions such as smiling, frowning and squinting. BOTOX Cosmetic may temporarily prevent the development of frown, Crow's Feet, or moderate forehead wrinkles. BOTOX Cosmetic is a special strain of Botulinum Toxin Type A. The treatment temporarily blocks the muscles responsible for the contractions. This allows the skin above to smoothen on its own. Amour Medical Aesthetics is pleased to offer BOTOX to men and women as a minimally-invasive cosmetic treatment to achieve a more youthful, smooth appearance. Call our Chico office to learn more about BOTOX.
