PP&UC, Inc. is a General Engineering Company and Plumbing Company C-36. Joseph Bechwati, the company’s founder, started Pacific Plumbing & Underground in 1997 with two generations of family before him. After seeing poor plumbing practices and being disappointed by contractors, he decided to build his company to provide clients with outstanding service they could rely upon. The company aspires to be the contractor clients choose for all their plumbing, underground construction, and commercial requirements. The Underground Construction team works on more complex and challenging projects that call for close collaboration with all parties. The division is a group of technicians, foremen, engineers, and administrative staff who rely on each other to ensure the job gets done quickly, under budget, and safely. Because of the ever-changing nature of technology in plumbing and underground construction, we can achieve this. There is not too big a job.
