The person sent to you is not your representation at all. Once you get a case manager it's all downhill from there. They will take weeks before they even contact your insurance to say they are your representation. They will not work on your case because they have "a lot of other cases" they're working on as I was told. Having someone represent your property claim is a joke. I literally argued my own property claim amount and only got push back from my representation. I thought the point of obtaining counsel was to avoid a headache?
