I'm 80 y/o with severe arthritis, with no family in the area, so when I was in my walk in tub, and suddenly it stopped draining, I was left with the option of staying in there overnight, or opening the door and let the water flood. I did and it was a mess. The toilets wouldn't flush and there was a back up in my shower. I was overwhelmed. I called Crandalls, and without going through all the details, they were wonderful. Responded right away, Kevin was a jewel. Professional, explained what was going on, did the work, my dog who barks at everyone fell in love, they solved the problem, putting in extra effort because the joint on one of the pipes wasn't letting the flushout hose through. He didn't give up, when I told him he could stop. Asked for 15 more minutes, fastened a rope, and pulled it through so the job could be completed. After they left sent me a video of the camera inspection after the clean out so I could identify where the roots had grown threw. It's so easy to take advantage of seniors. This is the 3rd time I've used Crandalls for my plumbing needs and every time they've been excellent. For me they are 5 star all the way.
