Since 1981, she has been the Director of Special Education at Broadway Gymnastic School. She holds a Master's degree from UCLA. Ose is a widely known expert in her area. She has trained educators and therapists via UCLA Extension and supervised clinical internships at the UCLA Graduate Movement Therapy Program. She has spoken at international and national conferences on educating the unusual child. Ose has also guest-lectured at Cal State Dominguez Hills in Los Angeles. Ose was instrumental in shaping the highly praised Special Education Program at Broadway Gymnastics. Performance therapists, functional performance teachers, physical performance teachers, and special education teachers collaborate to create an individualized programme. BGS employees undergo state and federal background checks, USA Gymnastics safety certification, and CPR/first aid certification.
