EōS Fitness Feedback Summary: 1. The 7 pm closing time is outrageous. 2. This location has everything I need for my self-care and self-love. The staff and coaches are amazing and always greet me when I arrive or when they can as they tend to other guests. Your Protein Bar is awesome too. Try a little bit of everything. They accommodate your requests depending on what they have. I’m thankful for this area I get to use for my mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional health. The vibes are very chill/zennie 3. Best gym ever.4. Gym is not bad, but their cleaning supplies for the machines are seriously lacking. With so many people daily using these machines, there really should be pullable wipe stations instead of scattered spray bottles and paper towels. Hardly anyone uses those to clean the machines. It would be much nicer if EoS provides adequate cleaning supplies for the machines, especially after we just had a years-long pandemic.5. Nicholas is awesome!6. Facility was nice. Nicholas was super helpful and the 1st time here!7. Clean and new equipment but are overly crowded even non-peak hours. Dry Sauna works intermittently now and no attempt to fix it. Usually at 145-150 degrees which is really frustrating 8. Aron and Salma -- The friendliest staff! They were awesome to hear my concerns and really helped me out today. Love this location. 9. Truly the worst experience I’ve had in a gym. Limited facilities. Staff are inconsistent with the rules. No towels offered, no instructions. The staff wants to upsell everything and publicly embarrass you whenever you have guests. The experience has been so bad I just cancelled 10. The experience was great, offering a good price point and a diverse range of activities.11. I’ve had such a great experience at EōS Fitness.
