We promise Newmarket emergency services with same-day responses for all calls received before noon, Monday - Saturday. Our commitment to service within 60 minutes is based on the availability of electricians. In case we are late beyond that 60 minutes after the query, we will waive our initial service charge. Nonetheless, Newmarket emergency services in less than 60 minutes on Sundays are impossible. We will try to attend to all Sunday service calls if our electricians are available; however, no initial call fee will be waived for the same.
