HeyTutor wants to provide the best possible learning experience for you. We thought tutoring companies didn't offer what we do. We made a tutoring platform that brings tutors and students together. Students wanted more options for finding tutors. Instead of spending time finding a tutor, spend time studying. The more you study, the more fulfilled you are.

The primary disadvantage of working at Heytutor is that some teachers cannot complete scheduled hours if the student against the institution's rules.

I give students private tuition. They come to my place. I also go to some students home to teach them. It is the best way to earn money. Just you have to be specific what you will want to teach and the way of teaching should impress the students. In my comfort of my own home, I can also deliver a better professional and the best tutoring I can deliver to students, who may not necesserily feel comfortable being taught elsewhere or in a classroom based environment.

Amazing head instructor, great team of assistant teachers and adult students who were very professional and friendly with the kids. My experience involved hundreds of students who did homework and we would gauge their mastery of the subjects based off of how quickly and accurately they did the problems. I mostly graded homework, but I did tutor some students. Felt like home at times.

Easy job after school - Only 8 hours a week, Good training structure and supportive culture, so far zero politics. Very willing to develop people and help them grow and managing employees built on trust. Hybrid work also allows flexibility. Have ample resources to help employees achieve potential. Puts a lot of focus on helping the students attain good skills and abilities and on the instruction of the centres.

As with any teaching / consulting practice, students vary a great deal, so if I made any recommendations I would say to make sure you are organized before starting, otherwise you are likely to be drug all over the place; be sure to keep control. One-on-one to small group to large group classes are available. Classes are available in all subject areas. Tutoring, Homeschool classes, remedial classes, and after-school clubs are available!

Everything is a pro about this company. Tutors: set what works for their own abilities, interests, and time schedules, all can be changed daily, tools are easy to use, individual calendars can be modified quickly, opportunities plentiful. No cons are known yet after working as a tutor for several months.

Heytutor is a great company to work with I would recommend them to anyone. They give bonuses and they pay you for extra work or effort that you put in. No benefits or anything since it’s an independent contractor job, but that is something very clear and up front. They have a clear, secure system to see how much you’ve been paid and when as well as your tax forms which makes it so much easier to be a contractor. The staff is so friendly and helpful and all the clients are amazing.
