Randall is a seriel entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and founder and CEO of JUMP Investors. Randall co-founded Akamai Technologies, a content delivery and security company that delivers almost 30% of all web traffic worldwide and is one of the S&P 500 companies. Akamai employs nearly 8,000 staff across 64 offices in 28 countries. As of 2021, Akamai had $3.45 Billion in recorded revenues. JUMP Investors, Randall's family office, has invested in over 80 high-tech firms from seed financing to later-stage funding since its founding in 1999. Some of JUMP's investments are Google, Lyft and Seagate. JUMP Investors also invests in private equity, hedge funds, and real estate. Randall is the CEO and founder of Sandee, a company that promotes beaches across the globe and the first brand of beach tourism. Randall is also the co-founder and Co-CEO of Thrive Properties Co. Thrive Properties concentrates on investment real estate in America's major markets. The company also buys distressed properties and makes them productive. CollarCard, LLC, an international corporation that markets patented collars for men, is another organization in which Randall is involved. Their product is available worldwide. Randall also works as an advisor for fifty-plus corporations and sits on several boards of directors. Randall is an active speaker. In JUMP's summer internship, he mentored 200 students.
