About LATTC Foundation Foundation for Los Angeles Trade-Technical College was founded in 1988 under California law. The organization is a non-profit public benefit corporation. The Foundation’s efforts are managed by a Board of Directors made up of ten people. They offer guidance and leadership in fundraising for college. The members of the college staff and some business leaders form the board. The board members serve on a voluntary basis and receive no compensation. There are numerous offerings that includes: fashion shows, carpentry and electrician trade programs, culinary arts, fashion and media design programs too. A number of students and parents are consistently wowed by the community and familial feel of the college and how there is a supportive, fun environment. Most reviewers think the professors are great in terms of practical knowledge and mentorship. The campus is great and the Veterans Center allows the students to get a lot of support. LATTC also provides numerous financial aid opportunities for all students. A couple of the reviewers say they managed to find high paying jobs in their fields thanks to the training they received here. Swimming classes are also great! Although there are a few reviews saying some of the programs might be a little costlier, the educative experiences surpass all else. In essence, the general consensus is that LATTC is best and other schools in LA county should consider learning from them.
