Pacific Shore Property Management (PSPM) reviews generally gave positive feedback. Many comments said that the maintenance service was quick and responsive, with many stating the management company is easy to reach and resolve issues promptly. Other common comments were that Pacific Shore Property Management was made up of very helpful and valuable customer service representatives who provide friendly and professional management and who always put the client's concerns first. Many of the comments recommended the management company to other and said they would absolutely return as renters to future properties managed by PSPM. The experience of working with the Pacific Shore Property Management was exceptionally good for long standing tenants who stated that they would be thrilled to recommend the building management to the other tenants in the building who may not have experienced the excellent service. There was also great interest particularly for the building maintenance team as the long fact that the tenant had been in the building made them struggle to highlight any issue that had not been solved almost immediately. It was noted that Pacific Shore Property Management took problems or complaints as emergencies and they were addressed right off the bat. Furthermore, Pacific Shores' past clients applauded the management company's clear communication and polite and helpful staff members from the initial application stage through the lease signing and finally moving in and living in their apartments. The daily operations of the PSPM company were also commended by many past tenants especially those tenants with children who needed a calm environment to bring up their children. A positive mention by a past tenant was the management company's efficiency and skillfulness of maintenance requests with many tenants preferring the online self-help service that helped eliminate the hustle of visiting the management offices every time there erupted an issue about their apartments. The service the company was offering was termed by the tenants a "Stress Reliever" as all the maintenance issues were timely address and the tenants were not asked to put into their pockets to have the repairs done. One of the tenants felt that the apartment was their own and the tenant will always have peace because in case of an emergency the management company will always be at their service. Additionally, the response time of the management company was also characterized as fast and this was a major boost to the existing tenants in the building. The prospective tenants were always ready based on the comments from the past tenants that they would contact the management company to rent out the vacant small apartments because the reviews from the past tenants showed that there were no major issues in maintenance of the building which was a good and proper understanding of the management which always fulfill their promises to the tenants. Five stars were given.
