Can I give zero stars? Ara and Zach run a con game which defrauded my insurance carrier and cheated me out of thousands of dollars, some of which they promised Farmer's Insurance that they would reimburse me for, but never did. Their restoration work was both sloppy and incomplete, and they actually caused more damage which they refused to take responsibility for. They scheduled time to be here and pulled "no shows" many times, failed to respond to phone calls and texts, and were basically extremely unprofessional.
