We are very happy that we found Dr Ned. The front desk staff and technicians we met were also very professional and patient with us. Lauren who provided us information about the post-op care was very thorough. Unfortunately, my dog will need her other knee done in about 6 weeks as well and we entirely trust that OVG will take great care of her again! Thank you! Testimonial 13: Only recently did they stop verifying prescriptions for online places besides their own pharmacy. Borderline unethical and controlling. They claim to be carrying and compassionate but their actions don't verify their claims. Called twice and left nice messages with management but they won't call me back. Testimonial 15: My dog has been a patient of OVG for a couple of years now, and never once have I had one bad experience bringing her in! They are always so nice and welcoming, and my dog is very vocal and has pretty bad anxiety at the vet, and they do a phenomenal job with her each time! Today my Tech was absolutely amazing and she went above and beyond! Her name is Cameron and she is an angel sent from above!!! Dr. Walsh was amazing as well and really helped my pup out with an emergency! They handle my dog with care every single time and they are beyond nice and so sweet and explain everything! This is hands down the best vet I've had for my animals. I edited this review because I had to bring my dog back in two days later due to still being sick, I was a wreck because my dog didnt get better, dr Ahluwalia had my girl on our second visit and recommended doing an exploratory surgery to see if there was an obstruction that cant be seen on the xrays, thank goodness she suggested that because she saved my dog, my dog had swallowed a squeaker from her toy and it got stuck and caused a blockage of her stomach and instines, luckily they found it removed it and were able to save her! They set everything up for me to transfer my dog to standiford vet hospital for monitoring in the ICU overnight since they are not available overnight themselves, they went above and beyond the entire time, keeping me informed, taking amazing care of my dog and making sure we were set in the process. I could not have done this without them and I am beyond blessed they are our vet! I will be in debt to them forever for saving my sweet fur baby! They are amazing and wonderful in every way!
