Our Menu Highwire’s menu is divided between year-round blends and our Single Origin menu. We roast Single Origins in very small batches from one farm or washing station. We choose these farms specifically for their taste. They are the best tasting examples of what this region produces each season. The Single Origins are always on the lighter side of our roasting spectrum.  Highwire Blends Highwire Blends is a new line of blends that are supposed to be more consistent, although the ingredients change almost as often as the Single Origins. House Blends Shadowplay & Tightrope These are our two house blends. Both balanced in different parts of the flavor spectrum, they are great for understanding our style. Shadowplay focuses on Brown sugar, Darker fruits, Citrus sweetness Tightrope has more Citrus-red fruit sweet. Conscientious Objection Medium roast Certified Organic, always The cup profile will change depending on what is in season. We are allowing ourselves to experiment with this coffee as there is so much good organic coffee out there Where it all started for us!
