About McClain's Balanced Dog Training Balanced Dog Trainer in East Hampton and the Bay Area In 2015, McClain moved her life from Brooklyn to Long Island and now has split her life between the Hamptons and the Bay Area in California. She is a graduate from the Starmark Academy for Professional Dog Trainers, in which she received high marks for the work that was done in the Immersion Program. McClain has a varied background in music and previously worked at nonprofits. In 2007, she moved to New York to form a band, but when the band fell apart, she stayed because of the singing and songwriting opportunities. McClain was looking for a life beyond music and began volunteering with non-profits in her neighborhood as a foster. She discovered Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue by looking up animal rescues in Brooklyn. In March of 2014, she began volunteering full-time at Badass. What to Expect We will discuss issues happening at your home, and I will come up with a plan of action. Every dog is unique, and the needs of Behavioral Issues, Puppy Training, or whatever you need to work on will be different. Our first session will be for training.
