Allstate Review by Jeff MacDonald Feedback Summary I attempted to file two claims for minor damages on my car that occurred approx 1.5 years ago. Before filing, I called my agent to ask how far back damages can be claimed - I described the scenarios and was told three (3) years. This reassured me I had plenty of time to file. Several months later I finally saved up the deductible money and filed the claims. Apparently, my agent didn't give me accurate information and one of the claims had a two (2) year statute and the other had a three (3) year statute. This resulted in one of my claims being denied coverage!! It's unconscionable that an agent would not fully understand the parameters of the insurance products they sell. Instead of paying a $500 deductible for the 2nd claim, I'm looking at $1800.00 to have it fixed on my own - Thanks Allstate. I had a great experience with Cody! She was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about insurance policy coverages. She explained everything in clear, understandable terms, making the process easy. Thank you, Cody, for your excellent service! I worked with this office to purchase a new auto insurance policy. The representative I worked with is named Cody. Our interactions were pleasant. She was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, very professional, and had my best interests in mind when auto insurance shopping. I ultimately went through with Allstate after taking a look at several different insurance providers due to them having the best pricing for me. If you are looking for a new insurance policy, I recommend working with the folks at Jeff MacDonald. 5 stars for Zachariah Williams. He gave me the peace of mind I need when it comes to my auto insurance. From the time of the estimate to the receiving of my insurance docs, his service remained a 10/10. Even though his quote was higher than one other competitor, I chose to go with him because of the customer service I received which is unbeatable. We were with another carrier for many years, and they decided to move us from their company to another company that they own. One day we get a letter telling us that we are no longer part of their main company. We’ve been switched to another company that they own. I’m not understanding why this change was done the level of customer service and our experience with this group left a lot to be desired. After discussing this with my wife of 30 years, we decided to point ourselves in a different direction. Where are you gonna go? She asked and I said you know what when I was a kid I used to hear this. You’re in good hands with ALLSTATE and I said let’s see what the good hands people are talking about. Enter Angel the representative that we talk to from ALLSTATE. He is as kind, understanding and as professional a representative that I have had the pleasure of talking to. we are hoping for bigger and better things with ALLSTATE and in so far as we are concerned, Angel hit it out of the PARK. Job well done my friend what’s more I have referred you to several of my friends and family members already keep up the good work God be with you. JOB WELL DONE PHILL
