LA SPIGA WELCOME La Spiga is a superb Tuscan-style villa enclosed by rose gardens, herb beds and fruit trees. Three gazebo's provide additional dining, and the patio wraps around the entire building offering a stunning mountain view. In this beautiful environment, proprietors Vince and Connie Cultraro serve superb cuisine to the finest clientele in the valley. Vince is a multiple award-winning Chaine des Rotisseur chef who has prepared meals for prime ministers and other heads of state, ambassadors, movie and sports stars, and international business leaders. As hostess, Connie guarantees that every guest receives outstanding service.
