I would say that most doctors' office probably do not have staff as friendly, efficient, and helpful as they are. The office is very clean and the staff mostly wear their masks. One patient noted that staff in this five-star office have a high attention to detail and always do their best for the patients. One woman praised the kind and helpful team, saying that she always feels well cared for. This is good as it makes a difference in a place where people come to be seen..opause. Therefore, hormones have to be taken as women replace the hormonal that their bodies once produced. One patient noted that changing the hormones may lead to some problems while they are taking them. Everything went smoothly at her first visit. She did not encounter any issues. I would rate this facility lower than 5. Yet a patient said that she experienced delays for a substantial amount of time, which seems not to be the case for everyone. She said they showed up on time. But the time to get assistance was delayed. One patient said that the PRP for hair was $1000, and the $49 consultation was not included. Another patient said that her bill was very high for a procedure. She felt that she was overcharged but was later informed that it could be the insurance company that overcharged her. She was not happy about not courtesy paying the amount after the insurance has been re-fired. Smiling does not show that you are happy, and the lady at the front desk at that music club did that. She said the charges of the procedure are not accurate. There were no billing mistakes involved, and she did not appreciate that. I would rate this office at three. The employees disclosed information about something that would happen before it was done. There was a pricing mistake, and the patient was billed less than what she saw. The member of staff told her that if the bill was found to be less than the estimate, the company would still be processed. This was appreciat. One patient said that they wanted to pay the bill upfront to avoid it going to the insurance. It could have meant that the patient did not have to pay the actual bill upfront. The person was later billed, and they were ok or Co. This is a good facility since some members of staff are the best in the industry. Thank you!
