Transit-oriented communities energize neighborhoods and expand them with the prospect of development. They act as a catalyst since they offer employees and services to Sacramento's downtown and local areas. This project is at the Royal Oaks Light Rail Station, a short distance from downtown. Arden Way Apartments is an infill project. It will involve the modernization of one one-story commercial structure now in place of the 128-apartment home plan. Transport facilities developments will involve new landscaping, streetlights, and sidewalks for Arden Way. There will be some further plans to improve this busy street that's located near the Royal Oaks Light Rail station. Cycling lanes will also be provided near the transit stops on some side streets, improving ease of access to the light rail sites.
